O is our love letter to Mykonos. Inspired by an extraordinary year, as an unfamiliar silence settled across the island and wildflowers covered the little coastal footpaths shaped over decades by lovers of Mykonos.

Fresh, local flavours

Dine indoors, or alfresco on the terrace, surrounded by lush landscaping. The menu is a creative take on Mediterranean classics, infused with regional flavours. Our head chef has a passion for seasonal ingredients and local produce, delivered daily by the family’s time-honoured suppliers, and the fresh catch of the day has ‘its head on the plate and its tail in the sea’, as the saying goes. Our sommelier will be glad to advise on a mature selection of international wines and rare local vintages.

Our Chef

Exceptionally talented and awarded Executive Chef de Cuisine of Myconian O’, with over 20 years of experience, specializing in Greek-Mediterranean gastronomy experiences, Tasos Almpanis, schooled next togreat chefs like Alex Dilling, Michel Roux and Edgar Bovier. Himself as wellbeing a teacher to many young aspiring chefs and with a career of over 20years in gastronomy, has gained experience in experimenting between Greek Med tastes, fusion cuisine, combining traditional with contemporary.With experience also in Kosher, he offers an extensive understanding of taste, tongues, diets and food cultures and able to adapt to match local with international.

Turning inward, we spent time in our homes and with our families, rediscovering forgotten pleasures. And we began to imagine* a place that could capture the essence of that slow time for our guests on their return.
